The world mourns the death of Captain Beefheart

 R.I.P. Captain Beefheart. 1/15/1941-12/17/2010

Don Van Vliet, better know to Rock & Rollers as Captain Beefheart, passed away today at the age of 69 after a battle with multiple sclerosis. Van Vliet's management confirmed his death to Rolling Stone.
